Lambretta Model C or D Crankshaft?

Can anybody please positively tell me if an early 125 LD model Lambretta crankshaft and conrod will fit a Model C or if not what needs to be altered for it to fit? Or is it just too hard to do? Any help would be appreciated as I am trying to restore 1 of.
